There’s an App for that! Bracket Mode from Cogitap Software (iTunes Link) Enables a form of Auto Exposure Bracketing on your iPhone. Put simply, you point and shoot and it’ll capture two exposures, one covering the dark ranges and one covering the light ranges.

With HDR gaining more and more traction, a common question we receive is what camera should someone buy for HDR photography. If you look around online, you’ll find many different answers, mostly depending on each persons preference for brand and type of camera. However that’s all down to personal taste, I can sum up the one feature in a single sentence. Auto Exposure Bracketing (AEB) that covers a total range of 4 or more stops.
