I don't know if the file is on your server but if it is can't you tell us the password. So we could open the file and install it ourselves if it's not too hard. Align will not decompress. Thought that it had something to do with my hyphenated surname, as the 'parsing' of the user name then allows a non-standard character to enter into the de-compression chain.
