Tip: Fast Fixes in Funtastic Photos
This is adapted from the article “Fast Fixes in Photoshop”, in the may 2009 issue of Pop Photo magazine. These tips are originally designed for Photoshop, but because Funtastic Photos has multiple layers and blending modes, these tips are very valid for Funtastic Photos too!
If you have some photos that are slightly underexposed, overexposed or lacking contrast a quick way to enhance them is to use the layer blending effects found at the top of the Advanced section of Funtastic Photos. If you can not see the Advanced Section in the Funtastic Photos Editor, simply click the “Advanced Options” button and the options will reveal themselves at the right hand side of the window.

The Blending effects menu will read “Normal” by default. You can reduce the extent of this effect by using the slider next to the menu.
Underexposed

To lighten the image, simply select “Screen” from the blending menu and poof.
Overexposed

To darken the image, simply select “Multiply” from the blending menu.
Lacking in Contrast

To fix the contrast, simply select “Overlay” from the blending menu, you can also try “Soft Light”.
