Q: Why Do I Have To Activate, I Paid Already
Activating the product is a method that allows the product to know that you've purchased it.
Q: How many times can I activate the product?
Single User version allows 2 concurrent activations, while the Family Pack allows 5 concurrent activations. However you can deactivate products to free activations.
Q: Every time I click "Activate" it tells me I need to deactivated a copy.
It's telling you because all your activations have been used up. You will need to deactivate a computer before you can activate a new computer.
Q: How Do I Deactivate A Computer?
Select "Deactivate This Copy Of Funtastic Photos..." from the "Funtastic Photos" menu on the menubar when Funtastic Photos is running. Once it has completed it can take up to 15 minutes, before the activation slot can be used again.
Q: I Deactivated already, but it still insists all activations are used.
It can take up to 15 mins before an activation can be re-used, wait 15 minutes before trying again.
Q: How Can I get More Activations?
Visit The Ohanaware Store [http://www.ohanaware.com/store/] and click on "View Product Catalogue", then add "Family Pack Upgrade" to your cart. Once we've processed your order for the upgrade you'll have more activations available. Each upgrade adds an extra 3 activations to your original license.
